This week has been a shift on the farm as we build out the 2023 year as a team.
My husband, Brian is helping assume the desperately needed role of Grounds Manager as old faces rejoin the Floral Genius operation and assume his managerial role there. (Yay, Sam's back!)
The farm team and I collected the last of the leaves from our community leaf drive and have been gearing up for one of the largest projects we have ever dreamed up as a team. SO much more on that next week as we button up the last details.
Mackenzie and Catherine are giving the store a little facelift for its grand re-opening on January 10th, we worked out some new attractions for the farm, and Steph and I have been shaking the Bank Barn down, organizing and cleaning it! I’m so excited to see all the creative juices flowing in so many different directions.
Grounds are getting groomed, beds are being amended, and the little ranunculus and poppy babies are growing strong.
Buckle up folks it’s going to be a magical year!
