Terms of Service

Below is an overview of our basic terms and conditions. By visiting our site and/or purchasing any of our products, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Payment for Online Orders

All online sales must be made by credit card, and are final. Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC accepts payment from the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.

Once an order is submitted, Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment. 

Flower Orders

All flowers sold by Harmony Harvest Farm are harvested fresh and US Grown. Unless otherwise specified, specific flowers are not guaranteed. 

Flowers are a perishable product and may arrive looking slightly wilted. This is common and expected due to extreme travelling conditions, but usually perk up after they are unpacked and hydrated for at least 12 hours in a climate controlled area, out of direct sunlight. Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC does not guarantee a specific vase life for the entire order. Some flowers have longer vase lives than others.  Flower boxes are designed  so that at least 50% of the flowers included have a vase life of at least five days when our care instructions are properly followed. For a complete overview of flower care, visit our flower care page. Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC does not guarantee vase life if the flower care instructions are not properly followed. 

Flower orders can only be cancelled 48 hours prior to the selected delivery date. Orders cancelled within 48 hours may be eligible for partial refund if they have not been shipped. All orders that have been shipped are non refundable. 

If you choose “On-farm Pickup” as your delivery method, your flowers will not be shipped. They will be ready for pickup at the farm on the date selected.

If you are sending flowers to someone as a gift, be sure they will be home on the selected delivery date. Harmony Harvest Farm is not responsible for wilted or perished flowers that are delivered to the correct address, on the correct date and were not properly placed in a climate controlled area or unpacked within four hours of delivery in mild temperatures (between 40 and 75 degrees fahrenheit), or two hours for moderate to extreme temperatures (under 40 degrees, over 75 degrees.)

Flower packages returned to Harmony Harvest Farm due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a refund.

Harmony Harvest Farm is not responsible for allergic reactions to flowers or plant matter when in contact with or ingested by humans or animals.

Hardgoods Orders

Order for flower frogs, floral design tools, or merchandise are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours from when the order is placed, unless the order has been shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be refunded, but can be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our return policy for more details.

Packages returned to Harmony Harvest Farm due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a shipping refund. All returned packages that exceed $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Merchandise Orders

All merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party provider. Due to this customization, merchandise items are nonrefundable and not eligible for exchange. 

We are dedicated to using US print providers to produce and fulfill our merchandise. While COVID-19 has affected the efficiencies of these print providers, we are committed to standing behind their efforts in keeping their team members safe. For the short term, production times may take as long as 15 days with delivery taking as many as 10 days. To ensure you receive your order when you need it, we recommend that you allow 25 - 30 days to receive your order. 

Refunds and replacements are only available if the wrong item is received, or there are issues with the printing. If you have an issue with our merchandise order, please contact  us at info@hhfshop.com within five days of receiving your order. Refund or replacement eligibility is void if the item has been worn or washed.

Expedited production and shipping is not available for merchandise orders. 

International Orders

Harmony Harvest Farm offers international shipping on hardgoods and merch ONLY. Please note that international orders may take up to a month to arrive and may be subject to additional restrictions or duties, which vary by country and the contents of your order. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties, and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to place an order that exceeds that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit.

Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.  

Packages returned to Harmony Harvest Farm due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Gift Messaging

In the event you order a gift message to be delivered with your purchase, you agree that Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC  is not responsible in any manner for the content of your message or the receipt or use of that message by the recipient or others. You agree not to include any defamatory, obscene, illegal or offensive content in your gift messages or content that would violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others when published, distributed or displayed by Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC as part of Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC offering its services through the Service. Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC will not be liable for any claims relating to or arising from such gift message including, without limitation, any claims relating to invasion of privacy or security breaches. We reserve the right to discontinue or not display or distribute any gift message if we reasonably believe that such display or distribution would violate the terms above. You acknowledge and agree that any gift message you provide to Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC may be shared with the recipient of the related product.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only available if you’ve received the wrong order, or the order arrives damaged. Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC does not provide exchanges on any product. 

Fresh Flowers

Flowers cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an issue with your flower order, please contact us at info@hhfshop.com with your order number that can be found on the packing slip. If your flowers arrive damaged, you must provide photos of the flowers so we can assess their condition within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Hardgoods

Full refunds or product replacements are only available for orders that arrive incorrect or damaged in transit. All issues with your order must be submitted to info@hhfshop.com within five days of delivery. 

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours from when the order is placed, unless the order has been shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be returned for a full or partial refund for the item cost. Shipping charges for cancelled orders are non-refundable. 

If you’ve ordered the wrong product and would like to start a return, please email us at info@hhfshop.com. Refunds on returned items are issued only after the items have been processed by our team. Items that are returned damaged or used will not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns and the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
