Shipping and Delivery


The shipping and delivery terms for products ordered at vary between fresh flowers, flower frogs and design accessories, and merchandise. Learn more about our shipping and delivery process for domestic and international orders.


At Harmony Harvest Farm, we are committed to delivering flowers with ultimate freshness, exactly when you need them. Flowers are harvested within hours of being packaged and are shipped next-day service to arrive on your selected delivery date. 

If you choose “On-farm Pickup” as your delivery method, your flowers will not be shipped. They will be ready for pickup at the farm on the date selected.

To prepare for shipping, each bunch is dressed with an enclosed water source and gently rolled in paper for extra protection. Flower deliveries do not require a signature, and should not be left outside, or unprocessed for extended periods of time. Please be sure to have someone available to receive the flowers or a climate controlled area where your delivery can be left. Once flowers are received, they should be removed from the box, placed in water, and kept in a cool place until it’s time to design.

If you are sending flowers to someone as a gift, be sure they will be home on the selected delivery date. Harmony Harvest Farm is not responsible for deliveries that are made to the correct address, on the correct date and were not properly placed in a climate controlled area or unpacked within four hours of delivery in mild temperatures (between 40 and 75 degrees fahrenheit), or two hours for moderate to extreme temperatures (under 40 degrees, over 75 degrees.)

Please note that FedEx delivery times are 5PM for orders labeled as Business/Work address and 8PM for home addresses. While it doesn’t happen often, disruptions (like extreme weather) can sometimes delay FedEx in delivering your order. Your Package may be held by FedEx if they feel it is unsafe to leave the package or they are unable to access the delivery location. Flower packages returned to Harmony Harvest Farm due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a refund.


The flower frogs are shipped within 3-5 business days of when you place your order. We will notify you immediately if for any reason your product has gone out of stock or is still in production and might be delayed. Flower frogs are shipped based on the shipping service you select at checkout.

Packages returned to Harmony Harvest Farm due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a shipping refund. All returned packages that exceed $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Our merch is made-to-order. Due to you-know-what (we're tired of saying it), production times are longer than normal and can take up to 15 days. We could switch vendors, but then we wouldn't be supporting US print shops and that's not really our style. 

This lead time is temporary and our printers are working hard to shorten them. After production, items will take 5-7 days to arrive to you. Please plan for delayed production and shipping during the holiday season. To ensure your merch arrives in time, we recommend ordering 25-30 days in advance. 


International shipping is available on hard goods and merchandise ONLY. Fresh and dried flowers are not available for international delivery. In most cases, if you proceed to the checkout with items in your cart that are not available for international delivery, you will not be able to checkout. In the event you checkout with items are not eligible for international delivery, we will contact you immediately and refund these items. 

Please note that we cannot ship fresh or dried flowers outside of the US. If you have an item in your cart that is not eligible for international shipping, you will not be able to checkout. Eligibility for international shipment is noted in each product description.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx. The shipping fees include transit costs and applicable taxes and duties. If you have questions about the status of a shipped order, please contact FedEx directly with your tracking number. 

If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties, and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to place an order that exceeds that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit.

Harmony Harvest Farm, LLC has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.  

International packages returned to Harmony Harvest Farm due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
