What kind of subscriptions do you offer?

We offer a variety of flower subscriptions that focus on local pickup, shipping in VA, DC, MD, and nationwide delivery. Our current subscription options include:

When will my next shipment arrive?

For Year-Round Flower Subscriptions, your flowers will be delivered around the same date each month, based on when you subscribed. Deliveries will only occur Tuesday through Friday, so if your subscription date falls on a weekend, you can expect your flowers to arrive the following Tuesday. For the Prepaid 6-month flower subscription, your flowers will arrive on the second Friday of every month, May - October. For the CYA subscription, your flowers will arrive on your selected dates (unless you selected a federal holiday, in which case our team will reach out to you to select the next-best delivery date!)

I'm local. Can I pick up my flower subscription at the farm?

Our subscriptions are available for Shipping only. While we used to offer on-farm pickup, we experienced too much product loss and had to make the tough decision to discontinue pickup options. Shipping helps us make sure every bouquet arrives safely and beautifully, just as intended.

Can I change my flower delivery date?

Each month, you'll receive an email update on your subscription where you have the ability to pause your subscription or reschedule your delivery. If you have any more questions email us at info@hhfshop.com or give us a call at 800.218.8152.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can pause, cancel, or reschedule your subscription in your account dashboard, or by following the link on any of your reminder emails for upcoming deliveries.

I have a Prepaid 6-Month subscription - what if I not home on the second Friday of the month?

Totally understand - summer plans, vacations, and life all happen. Your flowers ship on the second Friday of each month (May–October), but if you know you’ll be away and don’t have someone who can grab your box, send us a note at info@hhfshop.com at least 7 days in advance and we’ll see what we can do to adjust your delivery.

I have a Pick-Your-Own Pass, when can I pick flowers?

Our gardens are open from June to October. You can use your cups whenever you'd like during the season at our self-serve flower stand.
