Flower Subscription Frequently Asked Questions

We've compiled our most asked questions about our flower subcriptions and answered them all here! 


What kind of subscriptions do you offer? 

We offer a variety of flower subscriptions from three-month subscriptions available nationwide, to six-month market bouquet subscriptions that are available for local pickup, local delivery, and 1-day ground shipping in VA, MD, and DC. Our current subscription options include:

Are all of the subscriptions available for local delivery or on farm pickup?

Yes! All of our subscription options can be setup for local delivery or picked up from the the farm.

Can I change my flower delivery date?

You can! Just email us at info@hhfshop.com or give us a call at 800.218.8152 by TUESDAY of delivery week, and we'll get you all squared away. 

What happens if I change my delivery date after Tuesday before my delivery?

If your bouquet hasn't been made, then no worries - we can reschedule your delivery. If your bouquet has already been made, we're happy to send your bouquet to a friend or loved one or donate it to a local retirement home on your behalf. Can I multiple bouquets in one month?

You can! If you're picking up, you can get as many of your subscription bouquets as you'd like all at one time. If you'd like to schedule two of your deliveries for the same month, just let us know. Your subscription includes one bouquet or flower box per month for the duration of your subscription and can be schedule within our growing season at your convenience. By default, all flowers will be delivered on the second Friday of every month, but if you'd like them all in one month, we can make that happen too. I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - when can I get my flowers?

For our market bouquet subscriptions, you can pickup your flowers from our farm shop during normal business hours whenever you'd like. Be sure to check in with our friendly farm shop team to get your bouquet. If you have any of our other subscriptions (like the Bouquet Box, the Farmer's Choice, or our CYA), you'll be on the default pickup schedule of the second Friday of the month. 

I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - can I pick my own flowers instead?

Yes! For if you have a market bouquet subscription, you can opt to pick your own flowers in our Victory Garden instead of a bouquet. If you'd like to bring a friend, you can "gift" them one of your monthly bouquets to pick along with you! 

I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - what if I can't make the pick up date?

Your flowers will be ready for pick up on the second Friday of every month, and we will send you an email to remind you when it's time to come! While a monthly pick up is the traditional style of the subscription, we understand that life happens. If you need to pick up on a different date, email us at info@hhfshop.com and let us know!

I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - can I pick up all my bouquets at once?

Of course! Just give us a heads up by emailing info@hhfshop.com so we can have them ready for you.

I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - I forgot to pick up my flowers. Can I substitute my bouquets? 

We are extremely flexible if you forget to pickup your flowers! Flowers are a fleeting beauty, which is why we appreciate them so much. Please note that our growing season ends in October, so be sure you get all your flowers before the season ends! We are unable to offer any substitutions or credits for bouquets that weren't collected before October.

I have a Pick-Your-Own subscription, when can I pick flowers?

Our Victory Garden is open from June to October. You can you use your cups whenever you'd like during our normal business hours during the season!
