ABOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION
The Farmhouse Subscription ships nationwide! Each month features a unique bouquet. We will try our best to keep to the flower schedule, but if the harvest doesn’t cooperate, you’ll enjoy one of our flower substitutions. We promise that if a substitution is made, it's because something else on the farm is more beautiful.
Our awesome bouquets stay awesome when you treat them well. Each bouquet is shipped with a hydration pack to keep the flowers drinking during their trip but should be opened, given a fresh cut, and placed in freshwater with the full packet of flower food as soon as they arrive. Once the water gets cloudy (usually after a few days), change your water and give stems a fresh cut.
Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight, and always give them a fresh cut before putting them into clean water. You should remove wilted flowers and change the water regularly to prevent bacteria from clogging stems.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All fresh flowers are shipped to arrive on your selected delivery date via FedEx 1-Day Ground or Overnight depending on your zip code. We try our best to ensure your flowers are only in transit for 24 hours or less, however, carrier delays do happen. If your flowers do not arrive on their scheduled delivery date, contact our Flower Advocates at info@hhfshop.com. To learn more about delivery, visit our Shipping and Delivery page.
Fresh flowers are not eligible for international delivery.
