There’s something truly special about June here at Harmony Harvest Farm. The skies are bright, the breeze is gentle, and the flowers are stretching their stems toward the sun with all the energy of early summer. It’s warm, but not too hot. And thanks to a perfect balance of sunshine and just the right amount of rain, our fields are in full swing; lush, vibrant, and alive with color.

This time of year always brings a unique kind of magic, especially as we wait with bated breath for one of our absolute favorite crops: Lisianthus. These delicate, rose-like beauties are so close to being ready that we can practically hear them whispering, “Pick me!” If you’re a Lisianthus lover (and who isn’t?), now’s the time to pre-book your bouquet, because when they bloom, they go fast. And trust me, you don’t want to miss out.

While we count down the final days until Lisianthus season officially begins, we’re leaning into a look that’s stealing hearts left and right: wildflower-inspired bouquets.
Now, here’s the thing… our flowers aren’t technically wildflowers. Every single stem is carefully selected, planted, nurtured, and harvested by hand with tons of love and intention. But when you see them together this time of year? With their free-spirited mix of textures, colors, and shapes? They capture that easy, effortless beauty of a wildflower field swaying in the wind.

There’s just something refreshing about that look. It’s a little whimsical, a little romantic, and full of natural charm. Creating bouquets that feel like they were gathered straight from a sunny meadow is actually a bit of an art (and a lot of hard work). But oh, is it worth it.
Our current lineup of blooms is full of character with what’s blooming on the farm riht now. We have zinnias, snapdragons, feverfew, ageratum, yarrow, scabiosa, and other seasonal blooms, with each playing its part in creating those soft, flowing arrangements that feel joyful and grounding all at once.
And this weekend, I’m getting my hands back into the design side of things, and I couldn’t be more excited. We’re hosting a Wildflower-Inspired Design Workshop right here on the farm this Saturday, and I’d love for you to join me!

Whether you're a seasoned floral designer or just want to spend a morning surrounded by blooms, this is your chance to come play with flowers, learn a few tips, and create your very own “meadow-in-a-vase” to bring home and enjoy.
We’ll provide everything, tools, blooms, and a whole lot of flower-powered fun. All you have to do is bring your creativity and your love for beautiful things.
June only comes around once a year, but the memories (and flowers) we make will last a whole lot longer.
Hope to see you there!
XOXO, Jess
