Harmony Harvest Farm Recieves JMU's Game Changer Grant

HARMONY HARVEST FARM WINS $30,000 SMALL BUSINESS GAME CHANGER GRANT FROM JMU ATHLETICS AND APPEAL PRODUCTION


WEYERS CAVE, VIRGINIA -- Cut flower farm, Harmony Harvest Farm was awarded the Small Business Game Changer Grant by JMU Athletics and Appeal Production at the JMU Men’s Basketball Game on Thursday, February 15th, 2024. The grant’s $30,000 value includes a $20,000 advertising package from JMU Athletics and $10,000 in video production services from Appeal Production. Harmony Harvest Farm was selected among 170 entries for the contest. 


“We are beyond excited and so grateful to JMU and Appeal Production for believing in our business and our impact on the Shenandoah Valley,” says Jessica Hall, COO of Harmony Harvest Farm. “The advertising package and video services are exactly what our business needs - it’s going to make a big impact on our growth and we are just so thankful,” she adds.


Harmony Harvest Farm is the 5th winner of the grant, which was started by JMU Athletics in 2017. The business hopes that the grant will help spread awareness about the farm’s community events, pick-your-own flowers, and signature plant line. Harmony Harvest Farm is a cut flower farm located in Weyers Cave, Virginia that grows over 200 varieties of specialty cut flowers.
