I have been out of the office for a looooong time. Maybe you spotted me along the way these past few weeks while I was on my epic flower journey across the country. My travels took me from Philly to Seattle and a little beyond. I spent some deep reflective time analyzing the inner workings of the business machine I created with leading designers, business owners, and empire builders. It’s been such an honest and raw experience. It also provided the deep jolting recharge I’d been craving as we begin one of the biggest years ever here on the farm.
Surprisingly, I learned more about myself and my family through this experience than I ever imagined. The personality traits that define each of us work together in such a symbiotic way but until highlighted as a positive strength, sometimes they feel more like friction points.
