The rumors are true - we ship dahlias! Due to our ability to immediately harvest, then ship, we are the only place to get pom dahlias shipped directly to your door!
We only ship the pom variety, however, our cafe and dinner plate dahlias are available for local pickup. Email us at email@example.com to arrange your dahlia pickup.
The dahlia box includes (10) 5-stem bunches of pom dahlias in your requested color pallet.
- Burgundy (these sell out FAST - imagine that!)
- Orange/Peachy - full disclosure, these are a bit more on the orange side.
- White - Also a popular color!
- Pink - these are just pretty.
- Mixed - a little bit of everything (NOTE: if you would like a specific mix or number of bunches in a certain color, please include this in the notes section when you checkout. Unless we receive special instructions from you, we do not guarantee the box will include all colors listed above.)
Blush is available in the pickup varieties (cafe and dinner plate).
Sometimes, we feel like the blooms are a little on the small side. In these cases, we will increase the bunch count to 10 stems.
Cancellation + Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received within one week of ordered delivery date and must be received in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests must include your order number and contact information to coordinate the refund. There is a $15.00 per box cancellation fee if your order is canceled within 2 weeks of ship date.
If you receive your order and the flowers are damaged or wilted, we’ll work to get you new bunches as soon as possible or issue you a refund. All replacement or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt and can be sent to email@example.com with at least 3 photos of damaged products and contact information.
At Harmony Harvest Farm, we are committed to delivering flowers with ultimate freshness, exactly when you need them. Your box is shipped only hours after the stems are harvested and arrive at your door the next day. To keep our promise, we’ve developed a weekly shipping schedule:
All orders are conditioned, processed, packaged and shipped on Tuesdays, and are delivered on Wednesdays. Same-week orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EST. on Monday for Tuesday shipment.
To prepare for shipping, each bunch is dressed with an enclosed water source and gently rolled in paper for extra protection. Bunches will be labeled, so there’s no guesswork when you're inventorying your order. Flower deliveries do not require a signature, and should not be left outside, or unprocessed for extended periods of time. Please be sure to have someone available to receive the flowers or a climate controlled area where your delivery can be left. Once flowers are received, they should be removed from the box, placed in water, and kept in a cool place until it’s time to design.
FLOWER FROG SHIPPING
The flower frogs are shipped within 3-5 business days of when you place your order. We will notify you immediately if for any reason your product has gone out of stock or is still in production and might be delayed.
